Not really dirty bulking but just cheating to maintain my daily intake [1600-1800], manily on work days ...Starting a meal prep real soon

Man that daily intake ain't nowhere near high enough for you to have to supplement 3 mcdoubles and 3 sausage burritos from McDonalds. I can easily get that in one meal. Getcho shit together my dude haha
