Ive been on a turrible slump for past few weeks. Lost motivation for a bit and a nigga been eating like @chompollet. Jus finished off 2 sausage mcmuffins, hashbrown and oatmeal cookies. I aint good for shit.

Being doing real good down about 40, 45 lbs. Ran (walked half why lie) a 5k. Averaging 275 on the bench.

@Lurkristocrat man running on a treadmill and pavement are 2 different things plus i really am used to doing HIT.....man here take this lil debbie PAUSE and chill man.
