then give up your lunchbreak and learn to love meal replacemebt shakes

funny you mention the meal replacment shakes b/c i usually drink a Boost Glucose control shake before i do a game. Definitely helps, but i be hungry af when im done

as far as my lunch break goes, i typically use those to run errands that are near my job. My best opportunity is still the evenings OR if i can get up in this cold weather and try the morning before i go to work

cant find the link i saved at home, but im bout to build a diy dip station to go along with my diy pull up bar

@black_samson, you got any recommendations for meal replacement shakes?

thats a great way to get in some protein during the day

I don't use it as much as I used to, but this is the kind I usually get.

you mess with myprotein.com?

I saw a 5.5lb bag of protein powder for like $25

I usually do a lean shake burn every morning, supposedly has a fat burner. Nice meal replacement, I usually do it for breakfast.

I noticed, I use to cut this with Almond milk and I wouldn't get tone, so much, but as soon as I started cutting it with water, I got toned quickly and that's been the last 2 weeks.

Plus I put one of those waist sweat wraps on under my shirts when I go running/workout or do games. That wrap will have all your shirt soak with sweat

But the Lean Shake Burn

I like it.

Was having a talk wit a dude at work and he was tryin to convince me muscle confusion is a myth but idk if i believe him

i mean, if you believe muscle plateau is a thing, i dont see why muscle confusion isnt just as believeable

Real question is tho...

What would lem look like now if we had caught this sooner.....

Yall all need to stop being so fearful of being judged. Especially if any kind of physique is your goal. The sooner you can accept construtive critisism the sooner you will be able to address any imbalances in your figure.

Main goal for me is to get the boby fat percentage down to single digits. Also in all honesty I don't see the point of working out if you don't see any physical changes. Lem look like a misc African in that Omar Epps movie Deadly Voyage. Son has old man strength at 21 I guess. So if he can rock with that than so be it.

Pretty much sayin you cant confuse muscles cuz the muscles work same way regardless of movement.

well, certain benches/equipment is designed to give you a wider ROM so i mean, obviously, you have to do something to change up the routine

i guess at its core essence, yes, a muscle fiber breaks, then repairs itself, but i believe in muscle plateau and doing the same thing over and over will stunt progress

this shit legit?

looks like some 4loko

It's legit, and an option if you have a hard time drinking the powdered protein.

It's Aspartame, Preservative, and Gluten free. 10,000 mg of BCAA's. Carb free as well.
