Im between 1200 and 1400 calories today. No loss in strengh and energy.

4 egg white

Some cheese

Some protein bred

Two avocados

Some porc

Some nuts

Olive oil

Coza oil

 
Time for

An orange

An avocado with a lil bit honey on it

Some protein bread with fibers and cheese on it.

But ill have to deserve it and do 150 pushups, just for the principle of DESERVING my meal.
 
how the fuck do i shape the underside and the sides of my pecs right next to my arms. ive been doing push ups and pull ups and my chest is getting defined but i still dont have the definition im looking for

brah, ima tell you like this, and its something i JUST figured out the other day while doing some circuit stuff and it felt amazing aftewards

there is a youtube vid that i watched but i cant recall it atm, but basically, you have to keep the pecs engaged throughout the entire movement.

what i did was i started out doing 10 reps of a wide stance push up. Im talking the furthest i could stretch my arms while still being able to fully control the motion. Banged those out, then went straight to probably whats considered the standard position push up. This is where i started feeling the tension.

As i felt the outermost part of my peck contract, idk what happened, but something told me (maybe the voice in my head lol) to hold it as I came up, then went back down. So i continued to do that for the duration of the set.

Bam..knocked that out, then went to a set of 10 for diamond pushups doing the EXACT same thing. Only this time, i could also feel my upper back/shoulder area contracting like never before. Kept the tension throughout the entire set...

once i finished that, i went back to standard position and just repped til failure.

I did like 4 rounds i think of that circuit. My shit was shaking after that. Could barely take my shirt off

I hate to sound like some informercial or something, but for the first time since i began trying to do bodyweight stuff, that was the first time i actually felt the muscles i was supposed to be targeting. As soon as i get my lil girl situated for the evening, ima be back at it.

Nah, I normally stay away from bread. I figure if I can stay under 1800 Calories, get full, and still treat myself with something like a Dbl Cheeseburger its a win/win.

700 Meters on the Row Machine for time (3:04)

Thinking about this ive beaten my record by the way : one can of no sugar low calorie drink.

Warm Up

Squats/Lat PD/ Incline BP 5/5/5 X 5

Seated Rows/ Push Ups/ Lat PD/ Triceps Ext 5/5/5/10 X 5

DB Should Press/ KB Swings/Push Ups/ Sit Ups 5/10/5/10 X 3

After work:

Did the Donkey Kong Workout

Burprees/ KB Swings/ Box Jumps 3 round 21/15/9 Each movement

Biceps Burnout
 
Man, was to amped up after that Donkey Kong workout and couldn't sleep.

Got to the gym before work was could do much of anything. body was tired and legs were dead.

Did the best I could:

10 Min walk on the treadmill. a pretty easy circuit w/ Push Ups, KB Swings, Sit Ups and Russian Twist.

Did a lil bit of running and some agility drills. Walked another 5 Mins and called it a day.

After work I killed it

Wanted to see what my max was. Got 275 easy, but 295 was too much.

From there I worked Bench @ 225, Super Setted w/ Deadlifts until I got up to 355 on Deads.

From there I decided to do a backwards 7 mins of deadlifts.

I set the timer for 7 mins and threw 2 10s on the bar. I lifted the 375, hit the timer and rested for that min after taking 20 off. hit 355 1 time, and rested the rest of the min. basically each mins the reps went up by one, but the weight went down.

then I worked the Incline Bench and lat pull downs going 10-8-6-4-2 then burned out on both.

then I super set bis and tris

then I hit shoulders pretty hard.

tried to finish it off w/ some sprints, but my legs wasdnt having it.

Mapped out my meal plan last night for the nx 4 days. pics coming soon.
 
Today was a good day.

I don't eat as much candy as I did b4

I went to the gym and did squats for 30 min.. 60kg and 70kg .

and i did some other stuff for the legs

and after that i workout my shoulders.

shit feels so good. thanks to @SimptimusLEMZUS

now im eating pasta with some horsemeat

gonna rest tomorow

and do biceps on wednesday
