Altogether costs about $50 or less from Amazon and lasts over 2 months (except for the caffeine pills because you only get 40), doesn't have the extra dyes, ingredients, and you don't have to be walking around with shaker bottles. Just down the pills and go.

isnt the point of the powders is that drinking them dissolves into the bloodstream faster

This is hands down one of the strongest pre work outs I've taken.

Still take my bcaa as a pre workout and take a protein shake seconds after my last rep. Doing 60 day cycle of Clen right now.

Possibly and I can see that happening, but speaking from personal experience I typically workout on an empty stomach (30-60 minutes after drinking some OJ -no food). Those pills hit me hard after about 20 minutes and have me energized for about 3 hours.

However, if I take them after several meals it takes longer and doesn't hit as hard.

You can also crush the caffeine pills and dump the resulting powder in a drink too (along with the contents of the capsules), but that's too much work in my opinion.

Besides the cost effectiveness and ease of use, I just don't like taking all of those extra ingredients like dye coloring and other stuff on the label that I have no idea what it is and I'm realistically not going to research.

yea..i understand that...but im bout to attempt to start working out at least 1.5hrs before i go to work. Even though it will be on an empty stomach, I need something that's gonna work a bit more quicker as I wont have much time to waste waiting for it to take effect

ideally, i want to feel the effects before i do anything

Gotcha.

Ask around about the time it takes for the powders to work (on an empty stomach).

Like I said I haven't taken powders in years and it's been so long I forgot how long it took them to hit me.

I usually pop the pills when I'm taking my shower in the morning and by the time I'm out and put my clothes on I'm starting to feel it. By the time I get to the gym I'm ready to smash some plates.

Try esp it's on another level. I feel y'all not taking them but I like the pressure of going hard on a workout or staying up jittery all day. It makes you wanna go harder. ESP the best one I've ever tried in my life. I could only take it if I got a few hours to workout or if I have a day off. I couldn't take that stuff past 3pm.

 
Muscle tech anarchy is a decent pre workout. I use it now and it's the best one I've tried and I've tried a few.

Started this fast that im trying to do for 7 days with this juice recipe. Its called Mean Green im sure some of yall have heard of it before it consist of

2 cucumbers

8 celery stalks

4 apples

16 leaves kale with stalks

1 lemon

2 in (5 cm) piece of ginger

hopefully I stick with it

Imo you dont need to do this. Have a sustainable healthy eating lifestyle is way better.

You are CHOOSING to not giving to your body key nutrients for its normal functioning.

What is the purpose of that fasting? Losing weight? It may work but its not SUSTAINABLE and longterm wise HEALTHY.

Go to the gym and do some cardio and eat healthy.

If you dont have time for going to the gym and treadmill at least do some kettlebell swings for 20 mns a day plus some push ups.

These diets didnt, dont and never will work. Waste of money, time, and in the end Bad health, more pounds and Frustration.

You will probably get sick, I would still do it but add some fiberous whole foods while you're doing it like almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, etc.. all unsalted, here's an article that gets into detail why people get sick while detoxifying
