If you all want a real challenge, fast 16 hours, workout, then eat. Can't drink no water either in between sets. Most challenging thing I've ever done in my life.
 
Return of the Mack! After not training for a month due to not being able to afford the membership, I was finally able to pay it today and trained legs!
 
been doing decline benchpresses into decline sit ups lately...

only put like 135 on it....

but ill do a sit up...then do a bench

sit up

bench....

all on the decline bench.....

i was doing sets of 10 yesterday... gonna try sets of 15 today....

i have no idea if this is safe or not, lol, but it seemed like a good idea at the time
