Don't tell me you're that "If I can't do it, no one else can" guy haha I personally know a few folks who can do standing rollouts with ease. Here is a random video.
 
Haven't been to the gym for a couple weeks due to not having the money for the membership, but started a new job last Wednesday, so that will change. Hope to get a small check this Friday, but if I don't, it will be on the big check in 2 weeks and I'll be back to fucking shit up!

readjusted my grip today....

at the end of my work out i went to the bench..

i did 5 @205, and was like fuck that...

so i just ended up doing 3 x 8 @185
 
@Mastery I meant to look those ab rollers up online at Wal-Mart but I been on green light all day. Imma add it to my repertoire by this weekend.

I been on my workout consistent flow for about a month, doing workout 3-4 days a week. People been saying that My results are kicking in. That moment when hard work pays off
 
Man I started a new construction job this week & haven't been to the gym since Monday. Work feels like enough of a workout. I'm thinking about chilling out on the gym except for Saturdays. Until I get back used to this type of work again.
 
My right rotator cuff is fucked thanks to an injury I picked up after a fall. Dumbell press is now my nemesis.. right shoulder always gives in.Have no issue with Barbell.I do rotator cuff excercises about twice a week.

The weather has been hell but coincidentally i did them with no hassle some days you just dont have the vigor... but those werent the days..
