Well your brain needs glucose to function. Even when i end my daily fast i notice the difference. So don't go on a sugar diet just decrease the amount @Noir i personally don't consume nothing but water from 9pm to 1pm the next day. Try using brown sugar and honey instead of the bleached sugar

To lose weight you have to diet, nothing around it. Exercise will also help lose, but you have to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight. I can attest to this since i just lost 30 lbs of fat and kept my muscle

Ya boy is in the 1300 lb club! 545 on deadlifts, 500 on squats, and 305 on bench press for a total of 1350 lbs between the big 3. *Road to 1500*

Never tried to max on squats before so I'm happy with 500.

Somebody put ya boy on game about a good push up regiment..changing my eating habits and the gym is in HEAVY rotation in my life right now... I'm just looking for more definition/build in my arms.

Why do niggas come in here with generalities man? Nigga there is so many different ways to intepret "push up regiment."

We can't read your mind to see what your goals are. Plus, chances are pretty high you'll never post in this thread again.

I'm back...and never leave anything to chance....so let me be specific for ya homie....for an individual who doesn't do Pushups on the regular but plans on starting to...what is a realistic number to start at? And since we don't like generalities shoot a specific number

something simple...

4 sets:

20 regular

20 wide arm

20 close hands/diamonds

4 sets with feet elevated:

20 regular

20 wide arm

20 close hands/diamonds

get 3 chairs and do 5 or 6 sets of push ups on them. breaking the plain going all the way down like a dip almost.

Ok this I can work with my nig.

Use 4 variations: standard, wide, diamond, staggered.

3 pushups of each, rest 10 seconds. Do this for 30 minutes straight, no rest.

3 standards

Rest 10 sec

3 wide

Rest 10 sec

3 diamond

Rest 10 sec

3 staggered

Rest 10 sec

When it gets too tough, add rest time in increments of 5 seconds.

Every other day is good enough (3 times a week). On the opposite end, if it gets too easy for you, you can add weight, decrease your rest time to 5 seconds, or elevate your feet.

Or you can change up your whole push up routine to something else altogether.
