True, that's why I save good podcasts for when I run. It's usually Drink Champs, Bodega Boys, Brilliant Idiots, Taxstone, etc.
 
I will only run on the treadmill if running outside would be a risk to my safety i.e. jogging in the middle of Taliban country, other than that outside all the way. The treadmill will not give you exposure to the elements that affect your run.

I actually forgot about running with podcasts,

I have some great podcasts from the Economist and Freakonomics that I have to check out.

Nah, the gym would have some kind of music playing on most days. But half the time it wasn't shit I wanted her. Had different workout partner/s off n on.
 
Since my arms, chest & entire build has been defined last year. When I wear a wife beater in public; I be walking like I got them hands lol

But now I have no problem with the as long as I got my headphones. Plus watching tv wit the ones that has monitors attached to helps even more. Makes the time go by faster imo.

Maaann...even at my old gym I couldn't really listen to their music. S*** got repetitive. I can't even focus right w/o listening to my music.
 
i dont know what it is but lately both of my achilles have been sore as fuck walking down stairs is especially a bitch.. i think i noticed this around the time i went kayaking

Be careful bruh. My left hip/quad and right shin has been limiting me to the point where I don't know if I'll be training this week.
 
It feels like nothing happends. I am eating 3000 calories but nothing happends. I am liftin alot.

I bought Creatin today i'm gonna start with it tomorow. do you think it will give results?

Its not about the number ITS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF YOUR CALORIES.

You have to choose you energy type : CARB AND PROTEIN OR FAT AND PROTEIN?

YOU CANNOT HAVE THEM BOTH. Knowing that carbs are not needed in the first place. If you take too much it will skie up your insulin level wayyyyy much than fat who has the lowest insulin trigger.

Lifting alot. But alot of what? How heavy? How much reps? What about the cardio? What about stretching? Sleeping? Do you smoke? Do you do drugs? Do you perform your reps correctly?do you drink alcohol? What are your goals?

These are all imo some good questions to add to your check list.

I used to train good but eating bad food : no results

I used to to do calistehnics thinking about being bulky: no results

Sugar in my life : FAT

High carb high protein and normal fats : NO DEFINITION aka FAT

Ego lifting : hurted: no results

Buying all these products : little results. But for the money spent QUIET NOT EFFICIENT AND SUSTAINABLE ECONOMICALLY.

Its good to ask question but its high time you start COLLECTING KNOWLEDGE about sport and nutrition. Watching vids on youtube is aigh for the motivation but ITS DEEPER THAN THIS.

Fitness is

70% nutrition

30% training.

 
I am pretty tall mate, I am 190 CM. I feel like I need some weight. My goal with the gym is to have bigger butt\legs & big arms. That's pretty much. I am eatin bad calories alot of candy n chips atm, my arms was bigger b4 the bulkin seriously. I don't know bout my legs, I jsut started trainin them never done that b4 was so boring.

I am havin real issues so thats why im tryin to get bigger. Girls always say i'm small and im tired of hearing that.

Today I ate 5 eggs

1 Pizza

200 gram Chips

100gram candy

Candys and chips. YOU ARE TRAINING FOR NOTHING BRUH.

Respect your body. Feed your body with good natural food and train hard. And be PATIENT TOO. It will take you about TWO YEARS of discipline and hard work. Keep strong its not impossible its a life lesson and only beneficial to you in many aspects
 
So what have you eat today? How much protein n calories do u get? Since u said good calories tell me bro.

& you said stretchin I actually never done that before.

Shit my gym always play some weak swedish techno viking music so I actually have to bring my Dr Dre headphones and blast some hardcore hip hop while workin out

I have never workout without music before.
