Website comments are the new CI's (confidential informants). Most witnesses dont come forward,so if police see somebody givin an account (w/ diagram) and they desperate for a eye witness,voila

Well yea..people do still call the police to report shots being fired. Dont think this will come as a shock to any gang members.... pretty sure they even hear the sirens before fleeing the scene.

You know what, the weather alone has got me really thinking about it, cause I travel so often. I was in Miami last month and just asking myself "Who am I to not live like this?" Having a bad day in Miami is soooo different from a bad day in Chicago. When I have bad days, I can still potentially slip on some ice while walking which just amplifies it.
