Okay so that works with dumping the evidence right away. You got madd cars coverging to 1 area right? So that works towards you getting low as quick as possible. Like you said it happened in the day time. In your senario they would have to go a good 5 miles or so South through shittier neighborhoods to get the 100's, go out west no way your getting out west quick and you have to go through literally the shittiest neighborhood in Chicago madd police presence all 3 directions. You really think as the calls go out they weren't looking for and already had info on a car with Florida plates? If you get pulled over what do you do you? Deny.
