I don't have skyrim but from what I read I suggest you purchase it.
2K is nice but there's flaws in the game that will infuriate you. Case in point having the magic down by 12 points just to end up losing because big baby davis got on fire, knocking down mid range jumpers consistently, and converting every single freethrow.
