How would you try to bring up our community?

Invest in black business

Help brother Umar open a few schools

Support halfway houses for brothers & sisters coming home from jail with free classes for computer & vocational training in exchange for community service

Support inner city after school programs ....math computer, 2nd & 3rd language classes, Spanish and mandarin

Have black churches get more involved and networking with each other and local community centers & black businesses ....and receive generous donation

buy & fix up small house in the hood and have lease to own programs in place for low income black families with little to no credit

College scholarships for X amount of community service

Opening up blk buisnesses, n giving loans to start black buisnesses, in my opinion is, the best way to go.

The only way to combat wht supremacy is, to create a parell economy, to where we can depend on our selves. Only then can we build schools etc...

In a capitalistic society u need capital to attain resources

I always thought the panthers had shit figured out, in how they made sure ppl needs were met, before educating them...

Meant to vote for creating nationwide schools.....but take it one step further. Set the schools up as private preparatory institutions (starting at the 8th grade) that focus mainly on math and sciences/college prep courses. Make the schools tuition free, but with certain criteria for selection (aptitude testing, primary school grades). For those that continue their education at a college/university, provide them with financial assistance as well if needed.

I'd do all of those things, really.

Probably go for broke, too. Pretty sure I'd be considered a terrorist threat and on most wanted list soon after. Might as well do as much as possible before they kill me.

Or.... I faked my death.

This is my 30 year plan. With 500 mill I would have most of this established and in motion:

U.I.M. - A Non Profit Conglomerate

Coop Entity (Business) - I don't have a name for this conglomerate yet.

I have one program in motion now (Neighborhood Orchards) in it's very early stages.

I can't do any of this single handedly. Your help is required as well.

If anyone has any serious inquiries about these movements, holler at me at unityinmotionworldwide@gmail.com

Cooperation is the key to human progress. I have a plan based on economics and education to raise money for infrastructure. The 500 mil would be just an initial investments to my plan.

I would start with a hospitality business, invest in African business nearby to serve customers. I would link the business through a cooperative model. It's too complex to explain.

I would start 4 schools equipped with library/galleries. The educational style would be one based on a dialogical model, that encourages creativity and critical-thinking. The schools would be in different part of the world and different grade levels would have to go to different locations around the world (i.e. 9th grade would be in the home country, 10th grade in Haiti, 11th in Brazil, 12th in US, but the location would rotate based on where the home country was.).

That's the beginning.

Take cats that pitch. Teach em the same dynamics can be applied to accounting. Start up some bus.'s Pay em well, have em watch the books.

Same time teach em how to invest, so they can take the dough and move withouy handle bars.

Open a large community center with indoor b-ball. Convince the police deparment to build a sib station right next to it. Security..no overhead. Plus its a positive move for the city mayor to make.

Hire contractors to get ever yard right, replace busted fences. Free dog houses and heavy duty chains for folks wit dogs.

Start a library with a dedicated fiber line for fast internet for folks who need access for college coures but work.

open every cell in Attica send em to Africa..

But really tho, 500 mill aint enough

The bolded is an interesting concept.

I've been in the process of writing a curriculum for the past year or so. It's called The Art of Life: Mastering Self and the Principles of Universal Law.

Ideology/Goals:

The Art of Life

Goals/Ideas

Every student will have a currently thorough knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of Universal Laws

Students will have the knowledge, wisdom and understanding to build/create everything we use in our everyday life’s.

Ultimately, every graduating student will have ample tools, knowledge, wisdom and understanding to thrive in their modern day world, while making a healthy living applying their gifts, passions, and hobbies.

Ultimately, every graduating student will have the tools, knowledge, wisdom, and understanding to create a brand new society from scratch, if they so desired.

Every student will be thoroughly equipped with knowledge, and the wisdom to apply this knowledge with understanding, eliminating the exploitation of ignorance.

Mission Statement:

The power of knowledge is greater than the exploitation of ignorance.

The Art of Life is a lifelong curriculum that focuses on each student’s individual and unique qualities, talents and desires. The Art of Life curriculum will create a learning environment where the students are not merely lectured to and given an assignment to remember what they were told, but an interactive environment where the students are heavily involved with participation, asking questions, touching, tasting (when necessary), and overall experiencing or getting “hands on” with the lessons

Upon graduation of the 12th grade, every student (who has taken this curriculum Pre-K - 12th grade) will know how to start and run a business/co op, cook, pay bills/taxes, use currency wisely, build a house/building/structure, drive/build a car, create water/sewage/plumbing lines, live well/healthy, build computers, farm, build/play an instrument, write a book, build a generator/generate power, camp, build/navigate a boat, fly a plane, build a radio, build a phone, build a bike, make clothing/pillows/blankets,build a freezer/refrigerator, build furniture, build speakers, build a camera, build a tv, create a app, make toothpaste/soap, build a clock, fish, swim, make ink, make paper, make fuel, build a filter/clean water supply, make fire, make a lighter, and more importantly, each student will know how to identify, live and make a living from their individual gifts.

The traveling part I had not considered, but I think that may work well with this program. And the plan is to have the community locally/globally involved in co-writing the curriculum. Students don't just learn in the classroom. We all have a little Knowledge we can give. We are all teachers.

As far as $ is concerned, I'm not giving niggaz shit.

Although, I would spend millions to clean up my neighborhood that I grew up in. All of the trash, landscaping, tear down all of the abandoned houses/buildings & fix the raggedy ass roads. Repair the homes of the current residents. Ppl will take more/positive pride in their community if it actually looks nice instead of a 3rd world country. When ppl think of "building our community" they're thinking on too large of a scale. One neighborhood at a time bro.

After school program/building in my neighborhood. Not around the corner or 10 miles away. Free tutors, youth sports programs, career counselors, food and mentors.

Last but not least, I'd hire contracted officers to police my neighborhood.

By all means apply it to your model. It's important for the sake of understanding one another that the youth interact with others like themselves from all over. With my idea I hoped that the youth will synthesize culturally with people of different environments. I also incorporated field trips and other activities to nurture a sense of adventure. It can blend well with certain subjects in a curriculum like biology (to learn human adaptation to environments), foreign language (through dynamic immersion), and history (learning how black people spread all over the globe), etc.

African center schools are the answer and building businesses. If people can't even male their own underwear they aint even worth shit. So we need to start at the basics of standard living then the children with a proper mode of thinking will further it farther.
