How much money do you save per month?

There's pros and cons. On a micro scale (generally speaking) Cash is always better than credit. Credit is good up to a certain point. If you have good credit it means you can borrow more. EVERY businessman I ever met, none of them give a fuck about credit nor ask each other what their's looks like. Banks are playing ppl w/ credit cards b/c they run the game and are intricately connected to frequent flyer points, hotels and other incentives - aaall to get you to spend more (and wow you just inadvertently showed me why I need to go read some VISA annual reports LOLOLOLOLOLOL).

You pay more for something when you use credit 18-20% more per purchase. I mean you can get credit up to a certain point and you good - you just have to be within the range. A guy with a credit rating of 800 is still the "same" as a guy with a credit rating of 900. Credit is great if you're young, prudent and are at the stage where you're trying to get things like houses, cars, student loans and stuff like that. As long as you have great savings habits with your income and don't spend more than you have with your credit card you're good. After that tho it's not really needed, most people don't have "terrific credit" or have "average credit" and I've seen banks or other institutions make accommodations or revert to other means to get loans out to people some at great rates some at bad rates.

It's not very hard to repair bad credit btw, so long as it isn't a judgement, taxes or something crazy you should be good. Judgements can be challenging cuz you gotta get consent from banks and lawyers involved and if you've ever done business with a bureaucratic empire like a bank where it's 55k employees you know how it feels LOLOL. My mother got into credit issues many many years ago and I had to clean it up for her. It took them 6 months to completely clean her credit record SMMFH. It should have taken no more than 30 days.

Aight cool. I guess it depends on where you're at career-wise. The bolded is exactly where I am right now.

... I can't imagine using a debit card in department stores, gas stations, restaurants and shit like that. I would be paranoid that they could have possibly snatched my info. I know something happened like that happened a couple of months around Black Friday time. Mad heads got their shit snatched from various Target stores, and that was one the stores I shopped at around that time.

It also depends on the type of credit too, for regular people I don't think credit is as important as it's portrayed to be. But for corporations ? Different story, I don't think there's a single major company in the world (save for maybe a few companies) who don't have debt of some kind sitting on their books.

Credit seems like such a good tool for people that know what they're doing. I can buy something with my cc and not have to pay until a month later. To me it gives so much flexibility when budgeting.

Or if you're going through rough times and you've already built credit, you can pay in installments with limited or even no interest for a certain period of time.

In other words, I couldn't imagine not having a cc. Y'all must have godzilla bankrolls lol.

smh @ credit being worthless... niggas.

dont take my word for it. do your research. continue paying interest on something when you dont have cash to buy it outright. or just use your credit card to buy something you cant afford
