How can one guy get 3 rings with shitty offensive weapons in less time, lead one of the best dynasties of all time but, not be better than a guy who has 1 ring against the shittiest Bears team of all time, took longer to get his ring, was a habitual choker in the playoffs & had Marvin Harrison, Marshall Faulk & Edgerrin James the whole first half of his career.
I dont get it. Peyton is clearly a top QB. And if he wins this Superbowl, he'll be one of the best. But, I just dont get how ppl can have such selective memory. Brady BEEN doing this shit.

He has 20000 more passing yards then Brady, 148 more TD's then Brady, and a better comp % then Brady.
I know Brady has been in the league 2 fewer years than Manning, but the numbers still wouldn't add up.
Brady had way better Defenses than Manning. Thats why he got the SB's

I think people call Peyton the best because of his stats which are better than Brady's. Manning has more TD's and Passing yards. The reason for this is that Peyton has been starting more games than Brady who had a late start to his career. Peyton is on track to have as good or better numbers than Favre. If Brady wins another ring (which I think he will) he should definately be considered in the top QBs of all time.

Anybody is who isnt bias knows & understands, that the Patriots NEVER had any top super stars on that team excluding Rodney Harrison & Seymour & Ty Law. The whole magic about the Patriots was the system. They took average to below average players & made them seem like Gods. Bill Belechick was a god at that. I mean cmon son. Teddy fucking Bruschi. I think everybody is going off individual stats as of right now. Yes Brady has more rings but his individual stats as a QB don't match Manning. Both of them are gonna be 1st ballot hall of famers so it really doesn't matter. But it is what it is. Once Brady got hurt and then had a bad season considering its the Pats... he falls off everyone's list. I also think that more people look at manning as the best because he's been consistent as far as winning seasons and individual stats. You can argue all day about who's the best QB of all time... shit its people out there that still think Favre is the best of all time...

Brady didnt carry those teams to superbowls... He was more of a game manager plus the reason he was even in 1 of those superbowls was bc of the tuck rule.... im more inclined to say Brady is a system QB and won those rings based off of his team's D(which was top 5 each year they won it) and his coaches play-calling(both coordinators got HC jobs after winning SB's)....cuz if he was better than Manning....he would've CARRIED the Pats to the AFC chip this year to prove it and he didn't.....people wanna say Manning has this and that but from what i see defenses took away his top two weapons and HE STILL GOT IT DONE....you take away Moss and Welker and Brady was dare i say "normal" this year and down right pathetic against the Ravens...explain that to me....if he's so good...how come they lost first round this year?......that "dynasty" they had was moreso Brady being in the right spot at the right time....my point is if you take Manning and put him on the Raiders....he'd double maybe even triple thier wins with or w/o Tom Moore in his ear....can't say the same about Brady, yes he's good and he has had great moments but i still have yet to see Brady CARRY a team like Manning does....another example.....when Brady got hurt...NE STILL WON 11 GAMES....if Manning goes down the Colts are back in the cellar prepping for the #1 pick....which is why i think Manning is and will be better than Brady when it's all said and done.

The Pats won 11 games with a guy who hadn't played football since high school. I'm going to upset a lot of you with this but BRADY is the GREATEST SYSTEM QB OF ALL TIME. If you take Manning off the Colts they win maybe 3 games.

I've always been a big Peyton fan, especially since he's from New Orleans. And I've always been a Brady fan, not so much as a fan but he really earned my respect because I had a lot of doubts and thought he was going to be a 1hit wonder lol. You know these two quarterbacks are great when people are still arguing this for the about 5-6 years now.
The way I see it I still give the edge to Brady for now but if Peyton wins this one it'll bring the argument a lot closer. Now when most people bring titles to the picture nobody insinuating that all that matter is rings and Dilfer>>>Marino. The point is when you have two players that are on the same level as each other you have to find things that separates one from the other. Are rings the only deciding factor? Hell no, I think you should throw in talent, numbers, and impact to the picture aswell.

Brady has thrown for 78 td's, 21 int's, 9,204 yards and rating has been 106.7. So just for fun by averaging it out he would be averaging 39 td's, 10.5 int's, 4600 yards per season. If you take away 4 seasons from Peyton Manning to equal it out to Brady's he would only have 33,418.6 yards and 244 td's in 8 seasons. So by looking at that the numbers they are pretty close and the big disparity in talent isn't as wide as a gap as people think it is when going off of statistics and also take in consideration Brady was throwing to 3rd and 4th option receivers 3/4th of his career. So in a nutshell it's pretty equal when you balance it all out.
