How do you think Marvin Harrison will be remembered?

One of Peyton Mannings receivers!!!!!!

I think people know my thoughts on dude, always felt he was overrated and got hyped up for his goody act. Always thought Moss and TO was better than him and just never had the consistently great QB like Harrsion did. Plus the little mf would disappear in the playoffs too. smh

I was asking was either suppose to be Ether.

I've responded, but you're set on playoffs for whatever reason. Some cats never or hardly ever make it to the playoffs, but are still great.

Good catch LOL, but dude again it's kind of like how Lebron has free ran to drive the lane and dunk in the regular season. The playoffs are a different game, but to be honest with you it's not that I am judging him on playoffs it's more about bump and run one on one and it just happens to come out in the playoffs. If you don't think Holt, Smith, TO, Or Randy wouldn't have double his numbers with that Manning playaction you are misinformed my friend

Not sure if you were proving my point or yours ?

But for the record bump and run coverage in the playoffs where they let you play Deion Branch > Marvin It's called separation people and when Deion does any route he creates it. Marvin not at all. Deion can do a comeback route and lose a guy in one on one coverage now. Marvin without playaction negative

my point is you put to much into playoff numbers for a wide receiver no less if the QB(Peyton) is getting shit on in the playoffs constantly what makes you think the wr(Harrison) gona pop off

and Marin couldnt lose people 1-on-1

IS THAT WHAT YOUR SAYING

Well thanks for giving me the Marvin couldn't lose anybody one on one but like I said you can't blame Manning, Wayne, Clark, Collie they all showed up.

Also if you can't lose anybody one on one and you can't get a jump ball and your not big or fast how is dude is great as you say ?

you lying to yourself if you think Marvin wasnt fast

and like I said even when the Colts won the superbowl Manning sucked so when did he show up and Wayne had 1 big game against the Broncos in the playoffs other than that just as quiet as Marvin............

no clue on Clark........

Well I guess 9 touchdowns in 13 games is quiet, I guess a 50 yard touchdown against the Bears in the Bowl was quiet

Harrison ran great routes, he was not quick, powerful, or fast. Dude avoided contact like AC Green, as soon as he catch a pass he was quick to duck.

Damn near all of them do that......And he was fast at one point....

Harrison, who ran a blistering 4.38 in the 40-yard dash as a senior, was the 19th overall pick in 1996, part of the greatest wide receiver class in history, led by the No. 1 pick, Keyshawn Johnson

Wow somebody with some insight from the games and not the stat book.

Alot of the people on here who don't watch games wouldn't even know that the league had to step in and change the rules cause Marvin couldn't get off the line against the Pats ( Ty Law). So all you guys who complain about all the flags on corners thank Marvin for getting drove out of bounds into the knees of Tony Dungy and the league feeling bad cause he was a high character guy LOL

On a side note never thought Marvin would turnout to be more grimey than TO or Randy. I look back on it and say how did the same guy busting with two 50 cals get punked by Ty law and Rodney with no response. I can only believe he never beefed with a player cause he would have used the 50 cal on them.

Like I said you can't name me a player slower. Was he faster than TO, Steve, Torry, Issac ? NO

Torry Holt ran a 4.34, that's not a big difference from a 4.38......So you saying Torry was slow?

whats your opinion on Moss then cuz that dude got blanked more often than Harrison during the playoffs

and thank Harrison for that? the Pats did the same thing to the Rams in that superbowl that was their way to combat those crazy offenses
