and favre didn't win the sb mvp. if the packers win the sb, a-rod might get the sb mvp.

For reals. Desmond Howard won SB MVP. Favre had a great game though, threw a couple of TD's but Howard's return was pretty filthy. Yeah A-Rod could end up being SB MVP but the Steelers D ain't no joke. I'm pullin for the Pack but the Steelers are gonna be a problem.

Brett Favre Is a proud dad that a QB he basically raised is showing what daddy taught him to do. Rodgers got his whole game from favre. NIggas acting like Alex Smith didnt get picked ahead of him by 20 draft picks and everybody on his dick since hes winning now. But GB did what most teams should do. Let these QBs learn from the vets and build through the draft.

I'm pullin' for the GB too! I'm a Raven's fan so I don't need to hear the countless Steeler fans oozing about another SB ring. lol

Aaron could very well be MVP of the SB b/c one thing the Steelers "D" have shown, is that their vulnerable against the pass! It ain't gonna be a walk in the park tho......

He probably is riding with Green Bay but it doesn't change the fact that it's got to be killing him inside. Watching his former team where he'll be remembered the most and to see them make it to the big game without him. Yeah Favre's got a SB ring under his belt but we all know how bad he wanted more. He had more than one chance. He lost his second one when he lost to Elway and the Broncos and the last couple of NFC Championship games where he made the costly mistakes with the INT's. We all know that Favre thought the Packers wouldn't be shit without him after he decided to fuck shit up for himself when they didn't want him back but look at where the Pack are at now. Favre will always be one of, if not the greatest Packer in history but who knows... Maybe Aaron Rodgers will surpass him one day if he ends up winning multiple Superbowl's or maybe even more?

Only time will tell, but if GB is able to keep most of those pieces they have together and don't have a lot of major injuries to key players over the years, he could very well win more than one, BUT he has to work on that ONE first pimpin. lol

This is more of a post Super Bowl question.

Cuz if the Pack dont win (and I dont think they will) then he wont feel a damn thing. Cuz they won with him as QB and not with Rodgers.......yet)

*yes I know Special Teams wont that SB so save it ppl

Niggas need to stop with this Brett held Rodgers back shit. In reality he benefited from sitting back for those first couple of years, there's a long list of QBs that failed for being thrown in there too soon.

I actually think he's riding w/ GB. He just had an interview about a week ago saying that the Packers had THE best wideouts in the game, THE best defense and that Aaron Rodgers has been playing the better than any other quarterback in the past several weeks. He did lay it on a lil' thick, maybe he was tryna win some GB fans back over or maybe he was just being genuine. Of course he rather be in the position GB is in right know, but he knows after 20 yrs, it just wasn't meant to be. But..... I could be wrong & he could be smiling on the outside and super salty on the inside.

he slicky taking a shot at A Rod but saying he got the best WR's and DFF in the NFL and not giving him his props.... fuck #4 but goodlooking on the INT lastyear to send my Saints to the superbowl

Brett favre didn't teach that nigga nothing, only not to throw picks at a rapid rates. When he got drafted he basically said he ain't teachin the youngsta nothing..

2 totaly different players. Rodgers got more to his game then #4 ever had. And plus he makes better decisions the him

You must be a Favre hater. This isnt true in anyway shape or form. Theres a reason he sat behind him for so long. His game even resemble favres more than it when he was in college. A.Rodgers fell to the bottom of the first round when he was the clear 1 or 1a in that draft. A-Rod should send brett a ring if he wins it.

lol @ Rodgers being better than a QB thats one of the best in LEAGUE HISTORY in every statistical number. That has a ring and multiple MVPs

Favre was forced outta Greenbay. He didnt leave cause he wanted too. He left cause they felt it was Rodgers time. So he wouldnt be on this team either way.

wrong...he was holding the Packers hostage like he does the Vikings and they needed an answer because we had young QB who we believed was the future (you see why). if Favre would have gave an answer quicker then he would most likely have been our starting QB the past 2 years. Favre was the Green Bay Packers, if we didn't have a QB like Rodgers in the waiting he could've did us like the Vikings.

I think it's pretty clear that Rodgers has surpassed Favre... IMO Rodgers is the most skilled QB to ever play the game. The dude doesn't make any mistakes. The throws that he makes when scrambling with his pin point accuracy... Aaron Rodgers can do it all. A duel threat QB. He knows how to escape and run out of the pocket with all the time in the world to decide what he wants to do. He has a cannon for a arm. He is the smartest QB when it comes to not making mistakes. He rarely makes a bad decision. If I remember correctly he's only thrown double digits in INT's in a season only one time in his career. He has the highest career passer rating in NFL history at 104.1. He has the best TD to INT ratio at 4.12. 297 TD's to 72 INT's in his career. Aaron Rodgers could throw 72 straight INTs, still have a higher career QB rating than Tom Brady. That shit is crazy. He is a 2x league MVP, SB Champion along with a SB MVP (No SB MVP for Favre). Aaron Rodgers is definitely the greater QB out of the two.

But the record out of the two that is most impressive to me is Brett Favre's consecutive starts streak at 297. Favre played so many games injured, a lot of QB's would be out of commission. Favre is definitely the toughest QB to ever play the game. Gutsy performer. Only con with Favre are the turnovers. He leads the NFL in career INT's at 336. That is a lot of picks thrown. But Favre has had a lot of legendary moments (yes a lot of bad ones too) in his career. He's the only one to win league MVP 3 years in a row. And at the time was the most MVP's anyones ever won from what I remember. SB champ as well. At one time held pretty much every passing record. The game he played when his Dad passed away against the Raiders. Probably the best game Favre ever played. Favre is a legend.

Aaron Rodgers though... like I said he's the most skilled and most talented QB I have ever seen.
