Biggie did diss Pac...unofficially..... But it was after Pac died on the "Life After Death" album. "MY DOWNFALL" and "Long Kiss Goodnight" was about Pac. He even let Jay throw a jab in on "I Love The Dough" Jay says "Same night same fight, but one of cats aint playing right, i let you tell it (referring to the Tyson fight Pac was at before he was gunned down) go back and listen to the songs and verses people.

Hit Em Up may have been physically released in June but the song came out in March. That's why Big had the line on the Jay-Z album. And Takeover first dropped in August before Summer Jam. Blueprint the album came out in September. Stop using Wikipedia facts to try to rewrite history.
