Top 20.People tend to forget lil Wayne been doing this for close to 20 years in the mainstream .He had his ups and Downs like a lot of artist throughout the years, but that 2004-2008 stretch was memorable he did not want get stereotype as another southern rapper with catchy ringtones of the time period and stepped his lyrical game up .And for that I give him props for that.

I know he a cornball leggin wearin ass nigga now, but you can't deny duke impact or longevity for better or worse, he has literally been around since like 98 or somethin. Also, don't forget, there was a point when wayne could really, really spit. I'm really not too much into the guy, but you gotta respect what he's done.

Taking his entire career into account, as much as I dislike his music now, I'd say he would HAVE to be in the top 10. Towards the bottom. Like maybe somewhere between 7-10.
