that's a big story, but why isn't the bigger story questioning those who knew? all these dudes talking about "it was hollywoods most known secret" type shit, why didn't they say anything before? because he's your friend and has millions? shit is fucked up on all sides. but everyone has dirt, so if you out your buddies, you're getting outted next I guess

It's very common and considered part of the culture. On some fraternal shit. So people act like it doesn't exist.

One of the reasons I never moved out to LA to roll with a comedy troupe I used to write for in my 20 is cause of shit I saw in industry parties here in NYC. I heard the LA parties are much worse. You can't avoid these parties if you want to network either.

I'm no prude but they try to normalize the most depraved shit ever and even if you choose not to participate they try to persist. Extortion and humiliation is real and the tools used against those desperate to get put on.

I closed a lot of doors but I kept my piece of mind. At that time I was early 20s and could've ended up jaded and broken by moving too fast into a sick world. At least now with hindsight and a shitload of more maturity I'm better equipped.

I love writing, movies and music with all my heart. They have been my passions since I was 5. However my integrity and peace of mind is worth much more to me. End of the day I choose to pursue my passions now independently and on my own terms. Whether I get put on again or not. Shit is supposed to be fun not a burden.

rvey Weinstein’s wife, Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman, is leaving him — as more women continue to step forward to accuse the movie mogul of decades of sexual harassment and assault.

Weinstein, 65, and Chapman, 41, married in 2007 and have two children together — India Pearl, 7, and Dashiell Max Robert, 4.

“My heart breaks for all the women who have suffered tremendous pain because of these unforgivable actions. I have chosen to leave my husband. Caring for my young children is my first priority and I ask the media for privacy at this time,” Chapman says in a statement to PEOPLE.
