I listed some of the ones you mentioned and others came out in the 2000s. But yeah, I forgot Men in Black and a few others. I'll update the list. I'm hoping somebody has the time to sort through all these and make sense of it all. I don't have the time.

Alright I updated the list on the first page. I've got 66 soundtracks listed. I included Black gangster even though its a soundtrack for a novel. I guess its close enough.

Also, since I included the Mo Betta Blues Soundtrack, which really only has one rap song on it ("Jazz Thing" by Gang Starr) and the rest is Jazz. I decided that I could include the Batman Forever Soundtrack for the same reason. The Batman Forever soundtrack appears to be all rock with the exception of 1 song, "The Riddler" by Method Man.

So yeah, I've updated the list on page 1 of this thread. You can get the tracklisting of any of these soundtracks by going to discogs.com and typing the name of the movie followed by the word 'soundtrack'. Like this, "Juice Soundtrack" or "Men in Black Soundtrack".

If anybody can think of any soundtracks that I missed please post them. And if anybody has time to sort through the soundtracks feel free to add on.

I added some more. Now there's 107 R&B/Hip Hop soundtracks from the 90s.

Here's how I did it. I started off doing it from memory and had around 40 soundtracks before I started this thread. Then I asked you guys to add on and you guys listed some soundtracks that I forgot. Then I figured I'd go to discogs.com because they have a database of every record/cd that's ever been released. I typed in soundtracks in the search engine and then I filtered it by style. I choose Hip Hop. There were over 1,200 results but a lot of it was just multiple pressings of the same thing like a Japanese version of a soundtrack or a UK version.

So anyway, I sorted through all of them. Some of the ones listed last might only have like 2 or 3 rap songs but I listed them anyway. But then there were a few that only had 1 rap song on the entire soundtrack and some of those didn't get listed. I did it selectively. Honestly there's no reason why some soundtracks with only 1 rap song made it while others didn't.

Anyway, there's 107 R&B and Hip Hop soundtracks from the 90s. I'd love to see somebody sort through all these tracklistings for every soundtrack and figure out where the flavor is. I know there's some heat in some of those soundtracks that aren't on the rapper's album. Forgotten tracks that the rapper doesn't even remember.
