Game IMO shouldn't be dropping free mixtapes for people like that and pushing it like this. It's not like he's broke, he can take his time and make sure the product come out right.

Hov is at about 1.8 mil sold they just didn't count the digital sales. Samsung bought a mil and he did 450k in the first week album wise and then 225k in the second week.

Cuz labels put all the marketing dollars to promote album releases like blockbuster movies SMMFH. That's why there's mad hype around an album coming out and the first week - and then it disappears. Them niggas have an assembly line model SMMFH. I think it's better to do 100k in the first week and then get to a mil - cheaper more effective way of spending marketing dollars and the artist can still make the money from tours and merchandising/deals.

i remember when rappers had singles/videos dropping from an album that came out 12-15 months prior
