lol he told dude to tell Tywin that Winter is coming for his ass on some " Cole World: No blankets nigga " type ish

I don't think so. Rob seems like the type to be more cautious than quick to act and talk. Not soft, just calculating with his moves.

I hope Rob doesn't get knocked off too soon. He seems to be a character they can do alot with. I like Ned, but he's already a war vet. There's only so many places they can go with him. I also wish/hope John could/would join up with Rob.

yeah, i think Rob knows what he's doing. after that conversation with his mom about this being a win or die situation, i think he's going to play the game different than his father. he knows that the lannisters see the starks as simple, honor driven people, and i think he's going to use that perception to his advantage.

also, i think that people may be underestimating dany as well. when the slave trader guy told her something to the effect that she had a soft heart, she was quick to respond that she didn't. i mean she sat and watched her husband kill her brother. she's not soft. i think she just knows that the dorthraki way of warfare may not be the most effect way of beating the seven kingdoms. she already got her husband to open to the idea of letting the slave women help heal him. these new ideas may make khal an even stronger warrior.

it's kinda sad that out of all the characters on the show, ned is prolly the worse at playing the game. he keeps racking up L's.

Horrible idea. You never trust those you have conquered.

you have to remember that dany and drogo don't know the political situation in king's landing. for all they know they will have to fight the entire unified armies of westeros. in order to do that, they will have to build alliances. just by saving those women's lives she earned their loyalty, not to mention their healing capabilties. the sheep people (and prolly most of the tribes of the east) know they can't defeat the dotharaki. if you already know that you're more powerful them why not use them, instead of destroy them. you can conquer a nation and use their resources without destroying their entire society.

interesting points we'll have to see how it plays out.

I think does have alot to learn. Just like Ned everyone doesnt share her 'code of ethics'.

I honestly feel like it wasnt her place to interfer. She wants the Dotharki to help her get her Kingdoms back so she needs to accept their war pratices as well. They mentioned they wouldnt be in that battle unless they needed slaves to trade for ships.

i think she pursposely made it her place to infer. she's showing that she is the queen, not just drogo's wife. she's showing her power and from drogo's reaction he seems to respect that ("see how fierce she grows?"). he knows that he can't win without her.

he's the warrior. she's the politician. they will need to be a master of both in order to conquer and control the seven kinigdoms.

and again, i don't think she is against the idea of using the sheep people (especially as slaves), i think she just feels there is a way of doing it that will be more beneficial for their goals.

other than Ned the Eunich has been the realest player in King' Landing.

his goal is to serve the kingdom. Fuck every in charge he just wants peace. He tried to help Stark where he could but it was but so much he could do.

Nah man don't trust the Eunich. Remember this is a GAME. Therefore everybody is playing everybody. There is no honor amongst thieves. Nobody in the kings court can be trusted.

That and I stupidly wikipedia'd dude and they put a spoiler in his bio paragraph. I was trying to get info on his background. I fuckn hate when ppl don't alert you about a spoiler.

Drogo's a fucking Barbarian.

'Can't see Lannister winning that one.

In hand to hand combat, drogo is fucking anybody up. None of the Lannisters wearing armor can touch him. Did you see dat boys lean back??? He was playing limbo while fighting his general. Drogo is on some real beast shit.

Rob is a cold cold motherfucka. You can def see he has the politics down to a tee. I have this feeling, he's going to find a way to pit jamie lannister against his father by playing with his ego somehow.

time for the white walkers to put in some work.

yeah the story at the wall is definitely "lacking." But that's a good thing, because when the war slows down then I'm pretty sure the wall will become the focal point of the story.

Yeah true. But I honetly don't think it was her intention to interfere with how they were going to go about it I think she just had an emotional reaction.

this....it was 100% an emotional reaction

Dany has the best chance because her compassion will make people love her. And a kingdom is known to follow their King/Queen to hell if they love them. And she won't have to warry about the war side of it cuz like Ozy said, she has Drogo and his army to handle that.

The only thing wrong with this is that the ppl of the 7 kingdoms don't want a Tygarean back on the throne. Yeah so what...she can love...

....She's the queen of a foreign tribe and the heir to the "Mad King." That love shit takes a back seat to all that.

Yeah true. But I honetly don't think it was her intention to interfere with how they were going to go about it I think she just had an emotional reaction. It probably reminded her of how she was essential taken and sold against her will. And even though her relationship with Drogo has grown into a loving one, essentially her brother sold her as a sex slave. So when she sees the women being gathered to be sold and raped she feels for them because, though not as violently, she's been thru the same thing. And yes even though her helping this particular tribe might not be the best idea considering they need slaves to trade, her compassion is what makes her the best candidate to go to Westeros and take the throne. Like her brother said "who can win the throne with out money, fear, or love" The mad king lost his because he ruled with fear. The Lannisters, until Jeoffry took the throne, never ruled even though they have more money than any other kingdom. Dany has the best chance because her compassion will make people love her. And a kingdom is known to follow their King/Queen to hell if they love them. And she won't have to warry about the war side of it cuz like Ozy said, she has Drogo and his army to handle that.

Yeah that’s something I overlooked, Dany could definitely relate to those women. But in the world we’ve seen so far it is better to be feared than respected. Her compassion gives her the potential to be a great ruler down the line, but compassion doesn’t win the game of thrones. You need to be violent, evil & conniving to get the crown and even more so to keep it.

Ned did the right thing and had compassion for the Queen and her kids. What did that get him? He in a dungeon, his household dead, one daughter on the lamb and another held prisoner. Hopefully Dany is rewarded for her compassion.

Trust him or not the Eunich has kept it 100. He never lied to Ned or tried to be his bff. He serves the realm and the king’s peace. He hasn’t done anything to date to contradict that premise. Of course he isn’t a matyr but he wants as little bloodshed as possible.
