I just caught episode 2 tonight and I am hooked. Dope ass show.

After watching the 2 episodes again....am I the only one that thinks that the reason Ned doesn't want to say who tell who's Jon Snow's mother is because its the Queen? I just get that feeling. And with her and her brother fuckin, u already know they been doing that for a while so I assume that her kids are for Jamie, not the King. Thats just me guessing tho but I get that vibe.

I love the show, i now get who is bad etc etc, still cant name anyone in the show, a few things though... I liked when the wolf just tore out that killers throat...classic, the little prince is already getting on my nerves and i swear he is the son of the queen and his uncle, Sean bean is kinds weak and his wife and kid have more balls than him..so far! What is the point of the woman who is always getting banged by that big beard dude? i know she is not innocent as we would believe.

Good stuff so far....trying to decide if its better than Camelot though.

What is the point of the woman who is always getting banged by that big beard dude? i know she is not innocent as we would believe.

she is the daughter of the previous King who was upsurped by Robert & Ned. She & her brother are in exile. Her brother wants his rightful crown and arranges a marriage with the warlord. The brother assumes that eventually his new brother-in-law will him take back the crown. Havent read the book but I hear the little sister starts to get acclaimted with her new role and starts making power moves of her own. He already saw that last episode with her accepting her role alil more.

But after rewatching it again last night.....Remember when the Queen went to see Bran and was telling his mom about the her first born son for Robert. The black haired boy that died of fever. She said they took his body away but she was never allowed to see where he was taken or had been to his crypt.

I came from that scene completely differently. I think she completely made it up. Bran's mom had no idea. I think she was trying to convince the mom that life moves on and that she should proably take Bran outta his misery.

loved the 2nd episode. All them Lancasters aint shit except for the dwarf. best part of the episode was him smacking up the Prince.

and damn they treat the bastard son like shit. How the fuck you gonna kick him out the room cause he trying to say bye to his brother. If you angry with anyone it should be Ned not the kid.

The Imp is the best character in show hands down.

I cant wait for the season to be over so that I could start reading the books. There is so much back story.

From what I could gather the previous king went mad and he was nicknamed the mad king.

during his reign it looks like he killed Ned's ppl without cause, guess thats why Ned joined Robert.

Jaime killed the 'mad king' but was part of the honor guard. Although he helped Robert you cant trust a dude thats been sworn to protect the king yet stabbed him in the back when the tide had shifted.

I guess that depends on what is defined as royalty..

Their royalty in the sense that their families Baratheon (controls the Stormlands) and Starks (controls the North). Robert didn't become apart of the royal bloodline until they dethroned the King and he made his self King, before that their families ruled their lands but was under the umbrella of the Targaryen's kingdom.

If you want to look at it one way the Mad King was the President while those families were Governors, of their own land.. nahmeen? Lannisters are similar BUT they use to control the Kingdom before it was taken over by the Targaryen's but they still had their own lands they controlled called Westerlands (not to be confused with Westeros the name of the entire Kingdom) after the Targaryen's took over the Kingdom. The first Targaryen King Aegon the Conqueror made the Kingsquard to protect the king and its family (like the secret service) Jaime Lannister was apart of that group during the time of the MadKing.

The verbal and mental sparring between Jaime and Ned was awesome...very cerebral. The Imp is such a dope character, Peter Dinkladge killing it...as usual. Khaliese starting to get her weight up (literally) bet that bitch nigga prince is regretting that "ether" he spit the last time around. She starting to feel Conan too it seems.

The costume design is fantastic, its just a complete and perfect emulsion of historical and fantastical. Can anyone explain how the Wall came up?
