and youve just covered Batman and GL. the DC Universe is huge, and IMO, better than Marvel.

Co-sign. I havnt read much Marvel but the DC characters are just alot more interesting to me.

Marvel just seems too cartoonish and unrelatable to me.

I'ma have to call shenanigans on that one buddy. DC has it's story lines from time to time that are very compelling but marvel has much more interesting characters and storylines overall.

I don't know Earth.Outside of the Justice League originals,DC is wack.I mean X-men shit on the Justice League and none of them have the solo following that the Justice League does except Wolverine.I mean Aquaman is a big enough L for DC Universe that trumps any thing positive about DC.I can only comment on the 90s though as i have not been into comics of this age.

Funny seeing as how Batman -the most down to earth character in DC- has a lot of cartoonish characters alone to fill the entire Marvel Universe.DC has always been the perfect none flawed golden boy age of comics.Batman is built as if he was straight out of Marvel and so are the Watchmen.I did not even know they were from DC.

The Watchmen are the inspiration for the attitudes that marvel heroes have now. DC were the ones who began it, and still have it. You just have to know where to look.

how would Batman fit in marvel? he doesnt kill. what team or group would he possibly work with?

DC heroes are flawed as fuck. ive already explained how many times. they just dont go around crying about it like Marvel does.

and the perfect none flawed golden boy lives in Marvel, not DC. his name is captain america. Now him you could argue is a DC character stuck in marvel.

uuuhhhhh...... secret invasion, house of M

house of m was garbage. thats not my opinion, thats the general consensus, and no one even remembered what happened since none of it even mattered now. the hype over infinite crisis overtook it pretty much.

secret invasion was decent enough, but only because it made osborn powerful. skrulls are boring and the art was awful.

wow House of M sucked? wow that's news. so you at least read it right?

P.S and what were your thoughts on marvel zombies?

yeah i read the main stories and some of the spider-man issues, but for the life of me i cant remember what happened, so it couldnt have been that interesting.

mz was ok,the 1st one was great but around the 3rd volume it got dumb.

Me thinks your just a super DC fanatic. I support you on your views of how watchmen changed the face of the comic world but other than that I see no proof for your claim that DC is the superior brand

Marvel> DC

Marvel> DC

and i believe that you believe that.

but in marvel I have yet to see a detective mystery story that intrigued me as much as bruce wayne: murderer, a death that was as powerful as supermans or batmans, a future story done as well as the dark knight returns, a horror book as deep as Blackest Night, an alternate universe done like all star superman, a villain focused team book like secret six, etc.

and I havent even mentioned DCs vertigo books.

thats not to say marvel doesnt have great characters with great moments, but as far as runs and stories go, DC has them beat. Marvel was great when I was 12 and just cared about the violence and pictures, but as I grew older, DC's complicated brilliant universe is where I give my money too.

Ok.

Batman sort of had 2 deaths. First one was in Batman RIP, where he went against what many readers thought was the devil himself, but eventually it is discovered he was a Wayne ancestor that had made a deal with devil for longer life.

Actually, the demon is the "Hyper Adapter" unleashed by Darkseid years in the future- you know what, fuck this. Why the fuck can't it just be some crazy supernatural shit. Ya'll atheists can't let a nigga get his superpower from a nefarious supernatural force no more? All of fiction gotta be all scientifically explained and shit? Fuck ya'll. Enjoy ya Chinese food this Christmas, assholes.
