I rly don't believe Zim claim of self defense should've held up. But since the prosecution had problems in showing who 'started it' legally, and in disproving the self-defense claim he gets to walk. No one said the system was perfect. That's just the rules. you gotta learn the rules.

I ain't bout to get into that, thats rly a separate issue and isn't the one with this case. This issues with this case are with Florida law itself, for one. i think self defense with use of a firearm shouldn't be allowed when the other person doesn't have a firearm or deadly weapon, unless they breaking into yo spot.

the thing is we may be saying " free" so n so... but the fact is they are in JAIL 4 a crime they committed/didn't commit.. these people go free 90% of the time... is that not unfair?
