the DR is one of the friendliest place in the caribbean. they are the mosgt welcoming when it comes to black people. unlike jamaica they dont coon for white people and they are proud to see black people doing their thing.

But that's one of the highlights of the male tourist experience in the DR. & since sex is more accessible and there's heavy trafficking, the strands of contact infections exist on a much larger scale. I'm not thinking of it as a bad thing or nothing. That just tends to be a common theme from people I've known to frequent the DR. I always thought the appeal was directly to those seeking more hedonistic adventures. I know there's tons to do, that's just seems to be what I hear guys go for. IDK

Why dafuq you wanna waste your money in the US when you can fly to anywhere else for cheaper/friendlier/stress-free environment where your $$$ carry a lot of weight? Sosua has the greatest concentration of foreigners...so head there when you feel like blending in but i like Santa Domingo best.
