A steady diet of Chicken, tuna, and salmon will pack some pounds on you and it will be all lean muscle. You will enhance the results with weight training 4-5x a week.

Peanut butter tuna fish sandwiches and chicken breast are your friends.but honestly you're underweight burger king isn't gonna kill you at this point.

Two tea spoons of cooking oil a day will help real talk.

Cook navy beans, mixed with half & half ( half milk and cream). Then melt cheese on top. An old school powerlifter diet. Eat this one time a day....anymore than that n u gain weight too rapidly....oh and its cheap!

When I tried to gain weight a couple of years back I mixed oatmeal with bananas, egg whites and microwaved it until it was a consistency that I liked. You can also try weight gainer powder. I also see a weight gainer pill in commercials called CB1 but I never tried it.

i've spent most of my life trying to put on weight, but it's an uphill battle cuz i've got that insane african metabolism. my biggest issue is that i don't have a huge appetite, so even when i am hungry, i get full real quick. i've found tho that the more i work out, the bigger my appetite gets. i've been working out like crazy lately and it seems like i'm always hungry now

i don't like whey protein so i do a lot of peanut butter, bread, pasta, chicken and red meat. it's going a little better, but i think it'll be hard for me until my metabolism slows down some

Giiiiirl, you want some of mine...you can have it

Tried to put this in the weight room but couldnt. Im a nigga on a budget so keep that in mind, gimme a list of foods that will back on major weight. Im bout 6foot 1 175. Im lookin to get to 200 to 225. Gimme a list of healthy fruits, veg, and other whole foods,no junk food cause afyer a while it makes me feel sluggish. I seem to gain a lil when I lift like 5 or ten pounds but I need more. My muscles get bigger but my weight dont change much, props in advance

Oatmeal with milk, peanutbutter jelly sandwiches, and top ramen. Don't eat too much peanutbutter though, you going to experience something you don't want to feel when you have to shit smgdh.

Stop eating toast and happy meals. You don't have a "fast" metabolism.

But anyway, rice and beans. Go for white, more calorie dense. A lot of chicken. Peanut butter. Check the nutrition labels and pay attention to the calories and protein per serving.

1. Almonds

2. Almond butter

3. Peanuts

4. Peanut Butter

5. Shakes (Protein powder + fruits + raw eggs + yogurt + w.e. else you like = Crazy calories)

These are favourites of mine. Brown rice is great, but it takes too long to cook so I usually just go for whole wheat pastas when I am making my own dinner. Brown bread too.

You and I are known as "ectomorphs," or hard-gainers. Look up advice/food for ectomorphs and that should help. I am known amongst my friends and family for having quite an appetite, yet no matter how much i ate, i wouldn't gain weight. it all changed when i started eating the right foods, and would eat past the point of being full, and began eating even when i wasn't hungry. i doubled my intake of things like peanut butter, almond milk, bananas, bread, tuna, etc., and i've gained 10 pounds since late may.

how about good ole fashioned weight lifting, you fucking pussy!!!

lifting weights won't yield much results without proper eating, especially for skinny folk.

For skinny dudes worried about $ look into the GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) program, shit worked wonders for me back in the day when I was just starting to lift. For 3-4 bucks a day that'll get you all the protein you need. If you do it for a month you will gain at least 10 lbs guaranteed.

Sounds legit once I calculated the cost and macronutrients on a daily basis. Wish I heard of this 6 years ago. I spent a shitload of money on creatine and weight gainers.
