Lift heavy and eat 6 times a day. If your in the gym 3 times a week your waisting your time 5 days minimum...so guess what its your set Muthafucka.

People gotta realize that muscle protein synthesis is mad slow. Each night you barely adding mass cause the muscle tears so damn small
 
Protien synthesis varies by person...however 1.eating 3 times a day will yield shit for weight gain...2. More meals with smaller protein higher carb will yield best results for being so tall n thin...a little junk won't kill u...beats looking like an Ethiopian
 
Don't go insane with the fats, but keep the carbs and protein high.

Steak, mushrooms, and a couple of eggs for breakfast daily will put on some weight.

If you wanna cook with powders like protein pancakes and such stick with vanilla casein. It cooks better than whey.

Bottom line is ppl is throwing out peanut butter, almonds, cashews, etc. It's all good I eat it too but u can't go overboard with it. Above what your body needs for hormonal and other physical supports Dietary fat is most easily stored as body fat. Don't skimp but don't go crazy either. The carbs will keep u energized and the protein will build muscle as long as u lifting hard enough.

-Peanut oil, almond oil, coconut oil, etc.

Bro bro I was 170 @ 6'2", in 50 days doing the above I was 225 @ 6'2"
