Juggernaut's natural invulnerability, plus his force field, both of which are magical in nature, would likely make this impossible.

Flash's Infinite Mass Punch (which Flash fans love to pull out every time Flash is up against a character way more powerful than he is) isn't gonna work either. The Juggernaut cannot be stopped by any physical force.

Flash can't do anything against Juggernaut. The most he can hope for is a stalemate, and that's only because he's too fast for Juggernaut to get his hands on him.

Unless Flash can sever Juggs connection with Cytorrak, he has no chance other than battle field removal. Even if he were to somehow bypass Juggs' enchantment, he'd still be dealing with someone on Superman's level of durability and strength (I'm not saying Juggernaut is as strong as Superman)

Well the x factor is that flash would have to figure out how to beat juggs and he thinks faster than he moves. Means while jugs can't move fast enough to even do any damage
