It depens on your hair texture. Currently you got two methods, FUE and FUT. With FUE the doctor takes hair follicles from the back of the head with something that resembles a needle. Regardless of alopecia (baldness) the hair will always grow on the back and side of the head. The doctor then proceeds to plant the hair follicles in the areas it stopped growing. This is hard to do with nappy hair because the needle is straight while nappy hair isn't.

Simply put, with the FUT method the doctor will take a strip of skin with the hair from the back/ side of the head and sow it into the front (where the hair has stopped growing). This mehtod is kinda outdated and it leaves visible scars, but some people still get it done.

Never had an issue with that until around February of this year. I can't tell if it's in grown hairs or reaction to dirty clippers. I've only been getting them in the back of my of my head by the fade. What's good to remedy this?

On another note I've been going to my Barber since I was 10. I'm 26 now. We have a good rapport and I support him because he supports the hood but I just can't deal with the hood unprofessionalism anymore. This nigga takes breaks right before your cut, by 3PM I don't even go to him because he starts cutting sloppy because he's tired or starts drinking. Which leaves me to get a cut early mornings like 7AM as he tells his customers to do but then doesn't show up til 8:45 making niggas late for work. I want to look for a new Barber but not sure how to go about it. Like I don't want to do trial and error with a new barber fucking up my line until I find the right one
