Cold rag to the face b4 shaving (closes the pores)

Hot rag after shaving (opens pores & your aftershave gets in there real good to prevent bumps).

I shave everyday because I hate when hair try to grow up under my neck. I use the shaver to clean up under my neck & face. I might clean up my sideburns if it's getting out shape but that's about it

The follicles in your face and head go through different phases as time goes by. When you're younger your body is an active phase so it grows faster the more you cut it. That's b/c during that phase your body is trying to repair the clipped follicles to make them stronger. The older you get the slower your body grows - which is why we sometimes gain weight faster or it takes longer to get in shape than when we were younger (of course genetics may play a role too). The more frequently you cut it the weaker the follicles get, especially when you're older and things slow down. Since the follicles aren't given room to grow out & get stronger, it recedes and your body instead focuses on the follicles that can still grow (hence why receding hairlines become visible).

Other things like diet, stress and genetics do impact hair loss but in general, the more frequently yall clip at ya hairline the sooner it will recede.

I believe u, im just hoping my hairline is the exception in this case lol!

I literally used to give myself a edge up every 2 days for 12-13 years straight. For the past two years so, I've gotten lazier tho, so I just do it bout once a week now. I cut my hair bout once a month and the winter months probably every month in a half to two months.

I ain't been to a barbershop in 16 years and I've never put a razor to my face or neck.
