That story made me really mad in all of my woman heart. I would have stole on that nigga too. That being said, he had a right to go to HR if she assaulted him. It sounds like it could be a sticky situation for the company though sucks she's going to lose her job over some worthless ass nigga. She should have waited to catch him after work.

My opinion isn't gender-specific. Vice-versa - I'd assume that if dude was the one getting fired, that he initiated the physical shit. That's the only detail I'm going off of. I wouldn't condone fucking somebody up (gettin' physical) just because they're fuckin' somebody else.

Dude was basically telling her what she wanted to hear to smash. She found a text on his phone and found out the girl worked in the same building.

She tried to befriend the girl on some sneaky shit to find out how much her and the dude were involved. After a couple of weeks, she comes clean to the other woman and tells her they share that man and that she (Co worker) wants the other girl to leave him alone.

The other girl tells the dude, he comes down to her office cussing her out telling her they were never together. My coworker catches feelings and jumps him and he defends himself. He probably assumes she's going to HR so he goes first.

Now, she may have been out of bounds by doing all that sneaky shit with the other girl.....but that's how chicks normally react in situations like that.

I mean, if he's lying to her just to smash.......and he doesn't admit it until he confronts her, then it's understandable why she reacted the way that she did since that would've been the first time she heard him say that to her.

i mean, he could've waited for her to get off as well and they could've talked it out, but he made it a point to come to her floor and confront her

that suspension is way too fast for them to do a proper investigation. they gonna fuck around and fire the chick and get a sued. in the beginning u gotta either keep them separated or suspend them both until u can show that u did a good investigation listening to both sides.
