My issue with Slaugterhouse, Royce, Cannibus, AZ, J Cole, R.A. The Rugged Man and those type of Back Pack Underground Rappers

They just Rap to Rap with out saying anything at all and it just seems like they reading a dictionary in the booth just to Rap words that rhyme

The other issue is they always use the most boring and simplest Boom Bap Beats and have the worst Beat Selection

And finally the type of Flow they use seems so forced and akward sounding

some underground rap does have this but, a lot of those artists you mention have some really good songs that have actaul subject matter and direction

you just have to look a bit harder through thier catalouge

but then on the flipside, apart from eminem damn near all mainstream rappers just talk materialistic or boast ego

and when they aint doig that its just LOVE SONG LOVE SONG BREAK UP SONG GET BACK TOGETHER SONG

fucking drake isnt exacly breaking down topic barriers

An extremely talented rapper will be overshadowed by a mediocre rapper with "swag", I always hated that.

A hip hop legend is suddenly "irrelevant" when they dont like the more popular younger rapper.

Ha ha I'm with you. This dude I know came to my door reciting some Drake and Wiz Khalifa shit wearing something Lil B would wear. I'm like, "Nigga, you 35 years old. Get the fuck out of here with that bullshit. I don't date any guy who can fit their nuts in them tight ass jeans." I hate to act tacky like that, but niggas can't think that's hot.

On point, my beef is this stupid punchline rapping acting like clever lines make you a great rapper.

smmfh. legit beef

i hate when rappers say "yeah, there's a lot of rappers that are wack now days" but never actually say who, like they're just sayin that to appear tough

i hate when fanbases come dickriding a below average rapper like "omg, his song is #1 now, he's the greatest ever lolololol" look at nelly now

disrespecting legends seems to be the cool thing to do now, thats really lame.

Other issue with Hip Hop fans on blogs is they simply can not understand a simple concept

What is wack to them is dope to others and what they consider dope is wack to others

A rapper needs to make a song dissing somebody's mama. Seriously, we need more beef bad.

That is 1 of the worst parts of Hip Hop beefing and all that bullshit

People just wanna hear good Music they can relate to

No beef, just an understanding that most fans see HipHop as just entertainment so most artists see it as just a hustle.

False. Battling is a big reason Eminem got into the game in the first place.

True, thats why shit is so watered down. Those who take it seriously(music wise) usually make the better product and are around alot longer.

Eminem got a record deal with Interscope because of The Slim Shady EP wich was heard by Dr Dre and Jimmy Lovine in 1998

You can look this up

So battling in Hip Hop shops and the Rap Olympics had nothing to do with it?

While he was doing that he was broke and washing dishes for a living and living in the hood in Detroit

Albums and EP's like Infinite and The Slim Shady EP got him an underground following and like i said he got the deal with Interscope after Dre heard The Slim Shady LP and liked what he heard
