You even had a posterw ho claims to be a fan of Eminem who is half black half rican saying i don't want Eminem to Rap about his daughter

If a so called fan said that to Em you think he would consider you a fan? of course he wouldn't cos his daughter is the most important thing to him and has never made a secret of that so if you a true fan how can you make such a statement

You think any Artist wants fans that like Rapping about Serial Killing, homosexuality, rape, incest, satan worshipping, drug use etc?

Of course not they will be happy to make money from those that like all that Shock but no Artist will respect people that enjoy that kinda Music

An Artist respects his/her fans that like real Music great Music that is real

why so many accounts?

you going to that westwood party on new years?

I don't have beef with any rapper or Hip-Hop in general.Just being honest about how low the bar is now and how much rap has regressed which is true.I can barely listen to a whole album today.

Remove eminem and I think I could deal with hip hop more often. Watching him make a mockery of this shit all while bringing his cracka themes to rap disgust me. Watching these spineless gimps kiss his ass makes it worse..

Not buying albums. I'm totally for trying before you buy it, i.e. downloading an illegal copy to see if it's worth your money. But if you don't like it, delete it - and if there's songs you like, buy those songs off iTunes or whatever.

Lil B/Wacka Flocka/Gucci/Soulja Boy/The guy from racks/2Chainz/WGM - How they have fans is beyond me, the production is what carries most of them.

Lyrics > Message - Slaughterhouse is nice and all, but out of all of them Joe Budden, and maybe Crooked I are the only ones who can make SONGS. Look at the Bad Meets Evil album, yeah you can rap - but I didn't get anything out of the album..

Girl songs - So many rappers are making songs for women because they're the only people who seem to buy albums. The only way to stop this is for men to buy albums again. This may sound ignorant but R&B is meant for women - how did Wayne go from Carter 1 and 2 to Lollipop & How To Love...

Agree.

As far as the "Girl Songs" this is something i've been saying for years (excluding a very few). This is one of the reasons why the mainstream hip-hop game has suffered so much for say 10+ years. Also add in the fact that most of the consumers nowadays are way younger than the average consumer 15-20 years ago. Let's be honest most women and teenagers like anything they don't really take message and lyrics seriously they're all about the beats and they are very gullible as to what is being fed to them and they all eat it up, plus they're very fickle too so all of this adds to why the game is the way it is.

that numbers don't lie shit killed the spirit of it, like Im only gonna do this if I have something concrete to gain

and 50 overdoing kinda killed the spontaneity of it

What 50's actions did kinda indirectly sparked Jay's type of thinking

There is no legit beef. Just a whole generation of rappers who saw 50 blow up vs Ja Rule as a way for them to blow up by goin at artists bigger than them.

Parasites. Beef for the sake of Beef is not cool. theres no artistic value to it. Niggas just want to be in the spotlight

Why is it cool now to dress like a woman?

Also, why don't Latinos get love for helping create Hip Hop?

Also fuck mac miller, and big sean

My beef is with the fans.

Too many fans of rap today only listen to a certain style.

You gotta have more rounds in the chamber to complete the cypher.

Gangsta rap, backpack rap, pop, swag, hipster, west coast, east coast, mid west, dirty south all has a place at the table.

If you can't appreciate all the flavors you're doing Hip Hop and yourself a disservice.

focusing on the past to much. Everyone stays stuck on this 90's era. its never going back to that.

I do me though and listen to what i enjoy, i wouldn't hate the next man for his musical preference.

and i also agree with that ustreet dude i feel like if your going to be a hip hop fan you need to be well rounded in the genres. Or if your going to speak on something at least have a bit of understanding of it even if you don't like it.

Too much ass kissing to stay relevant.

Too many people who have an agenda that's detrimental to hip-hop flood the airwaves with their opinions (Rolling Stone Magazine, Vibe, The Source, XXL, GQ, Time, Newsweek, MTV, BET, Vogue, Complex, The Village Voice, etc).

A lot of things that happen now seem staged and scripted.

music is all about opinions though. What would music be without observational opinions?

and even if it isn't your opinion are you going to let a magazine control your taste on music.

personally i could care less about what magazines have to say.
