like i wanna tone up... not tryin to get brolic or nuttin, just get some muscle tone and definition.. lose some belly fat too.. being skinny with a gut aint cool

cool.. cant see the first vid.. but the second vid, i'm gonna have to buy dem things the guy jumpin through...

I was hopin fo a routine that i can use with my gym membership so i dont have to spend more bread
