For those of y'all that don't know, one of the reasons that .50 cal rifels are banned in California and are so feared is something he states right here: They can pierce the hull of APC's - Armored Personnel Carriers, especially when delivered from a Barrett M82A1. In other words, that paramilitary vehicle that the LAPD SWAT teams like to jump out of is pretty much useless right now. It'll protect no one inside the vehicle. It takes something on the order of a battlefield tank (like an Abrams M1) to be protected from dude. Their only saving grace is that the M82A1 only has a 10 shot clip.

That's because he has seemingly laid out an intricate plan to not only take out police but their families as well. Let them find written plans from the Sandy Hook shooter and you'd see a different style of reporting. When people think of crazy folks, they don't think of the crazy people who can still function and plan out elaborate things. They think of the folks in the mental ward in a straight jacket who can't even feed themselves without using plastic spoons. It's more about the public's own perception of crazy than anything in that aspect of how it's being reported.
