Eathquakes........are they happening just by chance?

Update:

Turkey had a big earthquake yesterday.....Forgot to mention Japan and Tiawan in my other posts as well.

And the 50,000 other earthqaukes that happened that same day? And do everyday.

HAARP is a possibility but we won't really know. It makes me wonder how much of a role is science going to play in the end times (if any role at all). While people are looking for some cosmic intervention, it could just as well be something that is right under our noses. Who knows, science could just as well be the Great Deceiver.

Most of the disasters in the bible have already been scientificly explained.

It is one thing to say, GOD created the universe and everything that happens is because GOD made the things the way they are. And another to say that GOD killed these people or those people because of this or that with an earthquake. It is also another thing to say that GOD sits around and causes all these earthquakes to happen on a daily basis, as well as all the other activity that goes on every day. When a glacier moves an inch, it will not kill anyone but it is the same natural function of the earth as an earthquake that kills thousands.

I'm just assuming. I don't plan to go around with a picket sign saying "THE END IS NEAR!!!". I try not to get caught up in that.

They aren't happening by chance, everything that's going on NOW is for a reason, the LORD is just letting everyone know what's going down... , these earthquakes are just signs of way worse things to come, you right on point... & the great tribulation will be upon whoever don't make their way to the wilderness.... (there will be no rapture, please don't listen to "imgoing", for he knows not what he talks of concerning the bible) talking about the rapture is being spoken of from genesis to revelations.... smh!!!

keep asking questions & keep reading the bible for understanding, these "scc" don't know half the stuff they talking about bro... that's why these other bros. on here rip them apart... they know no history other than just believe & everything will be ok... it's sad when someone with no understanding of the Word trys to defend it against a non believer...l

..the non believer wins everytime because all the "scc" have is the bible (which is really all you need) but if you don't understand it, how can you properly defend or even answer a question without it sounding like some recycle bull they feed you in the church....

nothing much, just learning & teaching the Word according to scriptures bro... bro, people don't want to see, some have been taught lies all their lives so when the truth comes along they ignore it & "scc" are even worse than a non believer, they have all that zeal for the LORD but no knowledge or his Word or world history.... so they go about MAKING up LIES to fit their beliefs or they try to use one of the LORDs apostles to try & do away with "what thus saith the LORD", what sense does that make? These people are a JOKE!

2. It is scientifically explainable, earth is shaking due to the plates

3. What the bible says will happen in Revelations is happening. (yes it's been happening for years but more so now every year)

4. OR maybe the theorist are right and it's all government controlled, that they are actually planning planned disasters and have one planned for 2012

I agree with the first two, but the bolded is not true. It just seems that way because the world is more populated, therefore more people die.
