The funny part of this post is that the New York list mostly consist of artists that just got in the game recently trying to make a name for themselves. While the entire South list is artists that have already established their name and position in the Rap game.

Nore was never lyrical (hell he said himself he needed to step it up) for ever (not up to par album luda and T.I. dropped (Nas has dropped just as many) only 15% of the entire Wu family had spits... the rest of em were talkin out the side of there neck (and i was a DIE HARD WU FAN) Killer Mike isnt OLD, neither is Young Dro (who has bars dont believe it listen to his Breathe Freestyle) Chamillionaire isnt old, but a lot of shit coming out of the south is ass

my point was there is just as much ass coming out of the east coast... so read before you make statements

it seems like u dont know wat a classic album is.............allow me to Explain..............a Classic album leaves it marks on wateva genre its in............Gospel, Rock Jazz, Opera Blues u name it, thats wat a classic album does. The reason y the Blueprint is a classic album is because of the Impact the protcution had on the game........it gave hiphop a sound never heard b4, and the game ran with it............King can have an arguement because with that album he set out to prove a claim he been making every snice his first album, he is the King of the SOuth

ok now you said blueprint is a classic im assuming because of the production... there was nothing extravagant about the production... it was all samples... Kanye isnt the best at chopping samples or nowhere near it... Trap Musik was classic in MY EYE because its an album i can go back and listen to today and it still maintains its relevance... and as far as impact on the game... again... where was the most prevalent theme in southern music (the trap) before Trap Musik... he set out to make an album that the dopeboys could listen to while they were on the grind... and he achieved his goal... he told eveyone he was the King on IM SERIOUS... no one took im seriously until KING came out... thats when he started bein repected by your favorite rappers... so how did blueprint give hip-hop a new sound... it was the same sound that Kanye used when he made beats his entire career... take a popular sample and make it a hit record... so what ur saying is anyone could have dropped on that same production and it would have been classic???? I dont think you are... because everyone is smarter than that...

Trap Musik made its mark on southern hip-hop hell even 3000 said that... it made trap rap marketable and opened the flood gates for people like Jeezy, Ross, wack ass Gucci, and etc. they all got a lil of T.I.'s swag in them just like they have some Jay, and some Jada... give the man his credit and dont act like the baseline from 24's and B EZ, they light swing of Rubberband Man, the ease of Lets Get Away, or the theme of T.I. fighting with himself to stay on the up and up (as he says giving himself a straight one) wasnt dope
