She's saying her lawyer very poorly represented her in the custody and divorce settlement, she does have a glimmer of hope, since wade paid for his and her lawyer I would think it would be biased toward the person who footing all the bills. Basically her lawyer Dwayne wade paid for, not many people bite the hand that feeds them, all in all she should have complied with the visitation agreement that's why she lost the kids, the key to this is the kids, but now they are going into their teen years this might be more difficult becuz America starting to realize maybe black sons need their fathers even if they only home a couple days a month. If she already signed the divorce papers in exchange for the money, I really don't know how this will work, done deal with your John Hancock.

It don't work that way. The person still gets to pick the lawyer of their choice. Its just at the end the of the settlement you can ask the judge to make the other person pay for your legal fees.

I mean the simple fact a judge, granted a blk man, a rich blk man at that, who constantly travels... sole custody over the kids, shows how ain't shit this bitch is.

U know how much of a piece of shit u gotta be as a woman, to lose custody of your kids, especially to a blk athlete?

This bitch was then given 5 million dollars by Wade as a settlement.

She could of took 500k from that 5 milli, got her self a house, car, all paid for and paid for her school, that's if she aint already finished . And still have money left over from that 500k. Get herself a job, and live comfortable.

She Probably ranned through that 5 mill, and her greedy ass want a reup... she not even fighting for custody of her kids, rather more money. Shows the type of bitch this hoe is.

100

Yeah I think so too

She was the stupid bitch who was standing outside"homeless" using his kids to get at him holding signs talking down on him SMMFH. There's nothing she can do now the ink is dry.

Dwayne won she could have just divorced and left on good terms. The fact she was so willing to give up her kids over 5 mil say more about her as a parent. She literally put up no fight. Fuckin down ass bitches who get left be the WOAT SMMFH.

If I believe, The 5 mill was from the divorce settlement.

Her dumbass lost the kids on some dumb shit. Her and Dwayne had joint custody she was getting child support, and Wade being who he is, gave her and the kids change on top of that.

She kept being a bird, shitting on Wade to the media, pulling little stunts like in the pic u posted. Making it hard for Wade during his scheduled visits. On many occasions she wouldn't let Wade have the kids.

Until during one scheduled visit. Wade came to pick up the kids. But The kids wasn't there.

She wouldn't say where they were, cops got involved they found the kids at her relatives, in a different location. Dwayne was crying thinking they died and shit. That's how she lost the kids.

And she gave Wade the herpes because she was messing around with another dude. I read the court transcripts on MTO (yeah I know not the most reliable source, looked legit)

In the most simplest way she s saying that she gave her lawyer power to negotiate on her behalf and the lawyer told her the 5 million was the best he can get for her.....when another lawyer told her hey based on these number u could ve gotten way more. ....so legally she can sue her attorney for malpractice and then petition to have the judge reopen the initial case....

Why you posting this to me I been knew this info?

Look at what I put in bold from dude post. He basically saying her lawyer fucked her over cause Wade was paying her bill. When in most cases from what I seen and files I've read that wouldn't make sense because its not known until after the trial if the judge will grant the motion for the other side to pay attorneys fees.

So how can you reopen a divorce settlement for income that's acquired after a divorce?

Is this even possible?

What she's contesting is that her attorney did not do right by her

So......it took her almost 4 years to figure that out or a new 47 million dollar contract?

Isn't that a conflict of interest?

No because its up to the judge after everything is said and done if they will order the other side to pay the others legal fees.

Its like why settle as the lawyer for a low ball settlement if its quite possible the judge could order YOUR client to your attorney fees. So that now means instead of getting a percentage of the higher settlement the lawyer will now get a percentage of the low ball settlement THEY got for their client.

There is really no incentive for the lawyer to do that because they really don't know which way the judge is going to rule on that motion.

Even if all this is true, the judge still shouldn't be able to consider Wade's new contract. That's money that was obtained after everything else was settled.

Here is how you KNOW for a fact that you're involved in some astronomically idiotic bullshit:

A thread is posted on the IC about the shit you're trying to pull and NO ONE defends the shit.

Even with the most ridiculous issues and most ridiculous threads, there is always one or two people who understand where you're coming from. Un;esc I missed it, not a single person is defending this shit. That's very telling.
