We have plenty of legends in their 40s and 50s still touring. I'm actually surprised that you didn't know that.

When people say old and rapping, it more than likely refers to the commercial part of rap. If you're following trends and making "young people music," you look and sound out of place. If you stay true to your message as an artist (if you ever had one to begin with), you're good, your core fan base will stick with you.
