black pureto rican are proud because puerto ricans are a very proud race. yes, they are happy with there african roots and have there own sections of puerto rico....but ask them why they need to have there own section in puerto rico. tego calderon always had a problem in puerto rico and around latin america just because of his skin color. the only person most knew of was tito trinidad. all other dark puerto ricans get looke down on.

first off....the haitians are just as bad in that country as the dominicans....

as a person that visits the country very often.....it is certain parts you should not be in after dark.
