and Haitians tend to be very proud and aggressive people so there is obviously going to be some tension. but at the end of the day Haitians are black and so are most Jamaicans

If legal obligation is to dictate behavior than legally DR is justified in what they are doing as they have ruled that those born in DR to parents who do not have citizenship can be deported and have their citizenship taken away. Basically identical to Switzerland's Jus Sanguinis.

the un has passed resolutions on natural disasters relief they do exist. Dominicans are deporting Haitians that have been there for 3 generations. so its not the same thing
