phenotype =/= race

So what that really says, in layman's terms, is that people have a lot of differences; no two people look exactly alike, not that people can be seperated into separate species, subspecies, or races.

^^^ This is because, as stated earlier, people who have lived in the same geographic region for a long time may share some alleles in common (as in the ability to fight off a specific disease) which may help in some medicinal cases to group various populations for research purposes. Example: grouping Asians in Asia may help for certain medicinal research but then not everyone in Asia is yellow and every Asian does not live in Asia. So remember that continental ancestry does not determine race. I'll share this example with you again since you avoided it the first time: Someone 2000 years from today with continental ancestry in modern america.. what race is this person???

Exactly. The use of DNA would tell where a person's ancestors are from. That does not illustrate "race". It's based specifically off location and matching DNA with a population within a particular area. So you would not know the race of a person 2000 years from now who has continental ancestry in modern america.

Another example, everyone in the world has ancestral origins in Africa. Does that mean that everyone in the world is black??? No. The answers to these questions would be different if we were able to classify humans in separate species or races. But we can't. So it is what it is.
