He was dope when he was out, but I've seen a lot of dope MCs come and go.

Also, he got his ass handed to him in that Canibus/DMX/N.O.R.E Hot 97 freestyle. Canibus straight mucked him. And I don't even have Canibus in my top 10.

Having said that, I'd rate DMX higher than Canibus, but on that night Bis had the better bars.
