Does anyone here consider Rick Ross their favourite Rapper?

He's doin is thing right now. He has a talent for making a good song. It's one thing to be a good rapper. There are tons of rappers that can rap circles around rick ross, but he really has an ear for beats and has a unique sound. I'd say he's one of my favorite rap entertainers.

Outside sophisticated the rest of the official singles could be constructed better. One of the cornerstones of MMG's success is the fact Ross got rappers from different regions that actually can spit and the presentation of the music and beat quality. But it really isn't founded on rick rosses predictable rhyme scheme and approach.

true if it wasn't for dre films and justice league ross would have flopped big time but he made a strong crew by getting nice MCs from different parts of the country and they helped achieve don status and became some 90's babies favorites but if it wasn't for meek mill nobody would have listened to all his new shit

yeah hes made smart moves like you mentioned above. Meeks mixtape gets double the play that the last ross mixtape got earlier this year. And Amen gets more play in clubs and in peoples whips than any ross single for GFID. But again ross put himself in a position so that he didn't have to compete with his crew on some game vs. 50 cent type shit. Rozays Managerial and Marketing schemes have been brilliant. I mean the nigga is a former C.O. that makes music for the streets and the hood lets it slide. You have to be a genius to get away with that.

Do you think we can get you to not mention 50 or Em in a Ross related thread for a week once Ross album drops? Or at least 3 days? The cd drops on a Tuesday.
