Thats the era I came up in. Thats why I have a hard time with these tatted up rappers with gold teeth that rap about shooting people and making it rain in the strip club.

When I was a teenager I thought rap would be the catalyst to start the revolution. There were so many positive acts making positive records encouraging people to educate themselves and do positive things. Somehow the revolution got sidetracked and the whole movement went backwards.

Now its considered better to drop out of school and go to jail than to go to college.

I didn't prove your point because you said 3.5 mics. The Source didn't give Cube 5 mics because of east coast production. They weren't bias with with the mic rating when they gave Coolio 4 mics, Outkast got 4.5 for SouthernPlayer...... and 5 for Aquemini. You're choosing to single out Cube when i named other artist from other regions that received more than 3.5.
