obviously if an artist has a 'good voice' it is better than having a 'bad voice', but like i said, whever or not it matters depends on what your looking for, and what a certain individual classes as a good rapping voice...

for somereason some people like waka, soulja boy and gucci's voice, its not clear cut what is a good voice in hip hop like it is for singers i.e mariah, whitney, mj, celine dion, minnie riperton etc have incredible voices, wherever or not you like their music...
