to be honest ...she should make a pop and a hiphop album

all hiphop fans dont like pop and all pop fans dont like hiphop

if shes that versatile like all those voice that come out of her demonic ass then she would have no problem giving all her fans what they want...since shes all about the fans.

honestly ...i would like her to do her own music for the porn flick i hope she makes....

No. "Selling out" = is the act of sacrificing your integrity, morality, ans principles in exchange for money or "success". Pop records is something she wants to do and she's been saying that for years.

People try to define selling out as someone who catered to things within their interests, and then later catered to something that they have no interest at all. That's stupid. There's nothing demeaning about crossing over into another genre or doing a Pepsi commercial. It ain't like she's smashing watermelons or some shit.

yea i'm lost on this one. 1st off i thought the chic was pop from the get go. 2ndly I thought everybody said she was garbage and didn't listen to her. So if that's the case why are folks so critical of her going pop if you don't even listen to her. Just give me some ass shots and i'm good

She sold out when she signed to Young Money...

So did Emenim sell-out when he signed to Aftermath/Interscope? He dyed his hair blonde, put on a dress and started making Pop records and songs like "Big Weenie", before that he was impersonating Nas on his "Infinite" album.

I guess it's OK for rappers to go "POP" as long as they are rappers whom you like.

lol @ the baseless assumption that I listen to Eminem.

she didn't sellout, she's always been wack. both the pop songs and rap songs are gutter trash.

Not baseless but based on the fact he's the biggest selling rap artist in the world.

I asked a question, I didn't an assumption....it's a question that may go unanswered.

Yeah, I think folks should separate pop and hiphop on albums

no she sold out by making a Pop ALBUM..and there's a difference between catchy/goofy songs and pop songs, which kills your EM comparison..

Nicki minaj is a pop artist...I never seen or thought of her as a true hip hop artist..rhianna and Nicki minaj should fight for the pop throne

but if she wanted to do pop records for a long time now... why didn't she just come out as a pop artist?

people mostly know Nicki Minaj as a hip-hop artist... that's how she started out, that's how she carried herself

through the Come Up DVD, the mixtapes... I mean, if Taylor Swift started to do Hip-hop all of a sudden on her

records.. and half of her album has T-Pain, Flo-Rida and Pitbull on it.. Her fans would be disappointed...

but i digress... She did show a lot of poppy influences on Pink Friday... so
