Deathrow vs Bad Boy

Death Row had a nice 4-5 year run from '92-'97 with The Chronic, Doggystyle, 7 Day Theory and All Eyez On Me being classic. On the other hand, Bad Boy has longevity with relevance that extended until the middle portion of last decade. Bad Boy also had classics in Ready To Die and Life After Death. Bad Boy also had more platinum artists than just the marquee artists and stars. Black Rob and Shyne had a platinum album. Biggie and Mase were clearly the stars of the label, but even after Big's death and Mase's departure, Bad Boy still flourished. Bad Boy's impact and influence was also greater than Death Row's. Jay and LL Cool J enlisted the likes of Diddy & The Hitmen adopting the Bad Boy formula for their own successes. Even R&B and Pop artists were using the formula.

Death Row put out more quality in a shorter period of time, but overall, the label was short lived. Once Dr. Dre bounced and Pac passed, everything fell a part.

during the early - mid 90's... Death row by far Pac, Snoop,Dre, Korrupt, nate, Daz alone... 97 on up Mase,Big before he passed, Black Rob (who id underrated) rand b acts... Shyne, Kim is way better than Death Row post Pacs death and Dres Departure

snoop When he ws realy good, Pac , Dre when he was really killin itand Dogg Pound vs Biggie the lox (which were better on ruff ryders) and thats it. Easy choice

Ya'll are forgetting that Bad Boy wasn't strictly rap music. They had Faith Evans, 112 and Total. They all put out solid R&B albums. I voted for Bad Boy.

Like Deathrow was strictly rap music, cmon man

But yeah, Bad Boy did had some cool R&B shit

And let's not forget the production part on BB (Biggie) albums

Death Row has he better catalog of work over Bad Boy.

Other then Biggie, The L.O.X. and Ma$e, Bad Boy to me was a R&B label.

Bad Boy should be renamed Diddy Records now, u get more Diddy albums then any of the artists that was signed.

Biggie is better than any album, artist or anything ever released from death row.Snoop 1st album is garbage, chronic 2001 was garbage, all eyez on me is garbage

Big>>>>>>>>>Their whole roster

We all know about Pac & Snoop. But Kurupt, Rage were SERIOUS. Rage is probably the goat female artist an actually wrote her shit. Kurupt at the time was the best mc to me. Niggaz couldn't fuck with Deathrow or the west coast back then and this is coming from a southern nigga

Ain't you a lil too old for trolling?

My opinion aint trollin bruh.I've consistently said them albums are wacc and it's laughable to think biggie isn't a better mc and had 2 albums better than everybody on death row roster.Lemme guess daz, snoop, rage, pac and dr dre compare to big right?
